About the time ‘cabin fever’ sets in, the perfect solution can be found at the Jerome Public Library.  The cure?  Curl up with a good book.  Then venture to the library to talk about it.

The Let's Talk About It program is scheduled to begin in March, but the books are available now.

eBooks

Jerome Public Library is evaluating the various eBooks services that are available for libraries to determine which one meets our needs but is also affordable within our current budget.  In the meantime, we recommend a wonderful source of free eBooks, Project Gutenberg.  Books published before 1923 are in the public domain.  Works by Plato, Shakespeare, Jane Austen, Mark Twain, and thousands of other authors can be obtained online, legally and for free.  Project Gutenberg is one of the largest repositories of public domain eBooks.
