Library Meeting Room


The Library has two meeting rooms that are available for public and personal use.  The divider can be removed to accommodate large parties.  There is no charge for non-profit organizations.  A fee of $50.00 will be charged for profit organizations and for personal/social events.   There will also be a $100.00 refundable cleaning/damage fee. Please review the Meeting Room Policy for more information.  The rooms must be booked in advanced. Please fill out the form below or call the Library at (208) 324-5427.  If you have not previously used the meeting rooms before, please fill out an application and bring with you when you pick up a key.
